Nominations are still open for the QPCU Everyday Heroes Awards!

With just under a week until nominations close on 2 May 2016, don’t miss your chance to recognise a colleague, friend or family member who works tirelessly day in, day out for our community.

The QPCU Everyday Heroes Awards celebrates those Queenslanders who make our lives better by protecting and serving our community. The RFBAQ are proud to have been supporting this initiative since its launch in 2014. Focusing on recognising future leaders and identifying role models, the awards are our way of celebrating and saying thank you to those who make a difference in our community, those who achieve their best, and those who serve others.

Five winners will each receive $1,000 and $1,000 donated to a charity of their choice. The Young Everyday Hero Award winner will receive a $500 bursary towards their training and development.

Nominating is quick and easy, all you need is their name, station/region and a description of why you feel they deserved to be recognised for their hard work.
