Australian Business Supporting Rural Fire
Friday, 18 Nov 2016
Earlier this week the RFBAQ visited Reliance Worldwide Corporation located in Brisbane to collect a generous donation of Storz breechings to support Queensland’s Rural Fire Brigades.
Sales Manager Paul Moody provided a tour of their Brisbane manufacturing warehouse where they produce quality firefighting equipment including rural fire stand pipes, couplings and nozzels.
Valued at approximately $10,000 the 65mm Storz x 2 x 40mm Storz and 40mm Storz x 2 x 25mm Storz plain breechings were then delivered to Ben Sutherland, RFI and member of Coomera Valley Rural Fire Brigade at Air Operations in Archerfield. RFSQ will from there supply them to brigades.
The RFBAQ would once again like to thank Reliance for their generous donation and support to Queensland’s Rural Fire Brigades.
