14 Brigades applying for the 8 RFBAQ slip on unit grants

Wednesday, 29 Nov 2017

This specific grant round is only available to brigades without trucks and closed Monday 27th November.

Each grant consists of a slip on unit with speed loader and foam pro-portioner. RFSQ has kindly offered to cover freight costs of the units to the successful brigades.

Now we need to see which 8 of the 14 brigades are most deserving of increasing their ability to defend their communities from fire; or we can have a positive conversation with RFSQ and see if we can purchase a few more units apiece.

The RFBAQ would like to thank QuikCorp Fire Engineering for supporting us in making this grant process possible.

This is another way that the RFBAQ can put a hose in the hand of a volunteer firefighter and help them defend their community.
