The Australian Firefighters Calendar has made a fantastic donation of $15,000 to the Rural Fire Brigades Association Queensland (RFBAQ).
The money will be quickly distributed to fire brigade associations across Australia to help meet the costs of supporting volunteer firefighters.
In Queensland we have seen a dramatic upswing in people making tax deductible donations to the RFBAQ and this money is being used to supply equipment to brigades and provide hardship grants to volunteer firefighters who have suffered from fires.
