Having initially joined the Association in October 2009 as Deputy CEO, I was appointed as General Manager in 2012. My focus is to oversee and manage the business arm of the RFBAQ whilst providing support to the RFBAQ President, members of the SEM and Area Representatives. I also strive to create, maintain and build relationships with key stakeholders commensurate with level of direction delegated by the SEM.

I have been with the Association since 2008. I was originally employed as a Contact Centre Agent then moved into assisting with the Contact Centre Administration. After a couple of years I moved into the Office Coordinator position where I stayed for a few of years doing general administration as well as assisting with the financials and Art Unions. In April 2015 I was offered the role of Operations Manager.

I have been with the Association since August 2013. I started as a Call Centre Agent and after a few months I was offered the relief administration position in the Contact Centre. In this role I assisted with the banking and general day to day office duties. I moved into the role of Office Coordinator, and am now the Projects Coordinator.

I started with the RFBAQ in 2011 as a contact centre agent, and after time working in Administration accepted the role of Contact Centre Coordinator. I assist with everything from data analysis and IT, to marketing and special projects.
I am passionate about what I am able to achieve for brigades, having worked in the charity sector for over 20 years.
