Each brigade has received an email today from the RFBAQ, to be followed by a detailed letter asking for invoices from local suppliers to be sent in for payment.
Please read your letter carefully as the process is very easy. Please no invoices made out to brigades, and no purchase orders or quotes.
 
Local Rural Fire Brigades really like buying goods and services from local suppliers to defend their local communities; who knew?

$1,000,000 in Grants for Queensland Rural Fire Brigades - 200 x $5,000 Grants - 100% funded by donations

  • Open to all Queensland brigades
  • Equipment will be purchased by RFBAQ from local suppliers
  • For items not already supplied by the Rural Fire Service
  • One application per brigade

 The grant process will be broken in to 4 rounds, with round 4 open soon!
 
Dates as follows:
 
Round 1: October 2022 - 15th  December 2022 *closed*
Round 2: January 2023 - 23rd March 2023 *closed*
Round 3 - April 2023 – 12th June 2023 **closed**
Round 4 - 3rd July 2023 - 2nd October 2023
 
Specific dates will be announced closer to each round.
