Parliamentary Committee Report Released

The Community Safety and Legal Affair's Committee released their report (Report No. 8) into the Disaster Management and Other Legislation Amendment Bill 2024.

This follows submissions received, and subsequent public hearing.

At the end of the report are Statements of Reservation, including one from the LNP members of the committee who "would like to place on record our Statement of Reservation in relation to the Disaster Management and Other Legislation Amendment Bill 2024".
