Peter Byster, had a varied career in Fire Protection and Risk Management. moved to Toogoom in 2018, joined the Toogoom RFB looking for something new to try, and love the life of a Rural Firie!
Worked through the training process to Crew Leader. Was nominated 5th Officer/Secretary, Second Officer, then First Officer. Moved to Torbanlea and joined Howard Torbanlea RFB, and am currently Crew Leader/Training Officer.
I strongly believe in a collaborative strengths based approach to empower Volunteers, equip each person to reach their potential, safely achieve our core goals, and enjoy their experience in the RFB.
